We are in search of qualified consultants to support us in the preparation of Transitional Plans in the Municipality of Banovići, Municipality of Breza, Municipality of Ugljevik and City of Zivinice in BiH, as part of the BiH SuTra Programme.
BiH SuTra aims to improve the country-wide approach and national and local capacities to implement efficiently and effectively environmental and sustainable transition policies in BiH. Through Programme Component 2 - Transition of Coal Regions in BiH, BiH SuTra Programme will support the local bottom-up approach for creating Transitional Plans and implementing transition policies in five key thematic areas, as follows:
Consultants are expected to collaborate with SEI experts during their work in the preparation of the Transitional Plans.
To be noted that each thematic area is a separate invitation to tender, and the respective documents are hyperlinked accordingly.
Qualified tenderers are allowed to apply to more than one tender, standalone or as a part of a Consortium. Nevertheless, one tenderer should not apply more than once for the same tender.
Deadline for applications for each call has been extended to 29 of December 2023.
