Invitation to tender: consultant to support improving wastewater management system in Ugljevik

Sustainable Transition of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH SuTra) aims to improve the country-wide approach and national and local capacities to implement efficiently and effectively environmental and sustainable transition policies in BiH. Through programme component, which is focusing on Transition of Coal Regions in BiH, the BiH SuTra has been actively assisting the Municipality of Ugljevik in developing a Sustainable Transition Plan (STP) for 2050. 

The Municipality of Ugljevik Sustainable Transition Plan for 2050 outlines five key development pathways: decarbonization, circular economy, pollution reduction, sustainable agriculture and the protection of nature and biodiversity. The plan provides a comprehensive cost assessment for implementing proposed measures across these areas, establishing a framework for long-term, medium-term, and short-term objectives. 

The purpose of this procurement is to procure a consultant/consulting team that will support the implementation of the measure/activity: Wastewater management system in Ugljevik until 2050  

This includes the following key activities: 

• The general project for the wastewater management system in Ugljevik. 

• The first phase of technical-investment documentation for the project.
